| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 政治學研究所 === 87 === Because the argument which welfare services should be provided by government only is not in keeping with the reality, Welfare Pluralist advocate that services can be carried together by the informal sector, the voluntary sector, the commercial sector and the statutory sector. And through the assistance made by two active concepts, decentralization and participation, these sectors can undertake welfare responsibility appropriately and people can enjoy and participate in those welfare services provided by every sector. Additionally, these can avoid the crises from Welfare State. In this study, I choice Kaohsiung City to be the case and the four sectors and two concepts of Welfare Pluralism to be the frame, for inquiring the providing situation of the welfare services concerning aging care in Kaohsiung City. Finally, I try to find out several suggestions from the view of Welfare Pluralism
