Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 87 === The main purpose of the present study is to develop the solar photo-voltaic/thermal co-generation system, including packaging of solar PV cells and heat collecting plate, test of thermal efficiency, test of characteristic curves of PV cells, and the design and test of solar PV power generation controller.
In the packaging and test of PV/T, four types of heat collecting plates are designed in this study. Through field tests we found that all-day thermal efficiency reaches 40% and water temperature reaches 45 degree of Celsius, such that the overall solar irradiation conversion efficiency reaches 66%.
Besides, in the design of solar PV power generation controller, analog-circuit maximal power point tracker(MPPT) and DC/AC inverter are implemented. Through field tests we can prove that MPPT is able to precisely track the maximal power operating point, and the conversion efficiency of DC/AC inverter reaches 90%. Both can produce a marked effect .
