This thesis build a Flow Control System(FCS) for fully automated fabs, and develop a dispatching rule suitable for wafer fabrication that reduce loses from operator and raise the rate of machine utilization. We analyze the model of wafer fabrication for the reference of building FCS and combine two famous dispatching rule, Decomposition Method and The Least Time Waiting Rule, to develop the better dispatching rule. Connected with a Manufacturing Excution System and Material Control System, the implemented FCS has demonstrate the real time scheduling and dispatching capability which are otherwise to be made by human operator.
