Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 87 === Taguchi experimental method and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) technique are used in this study to discuss the influences of extrusion parameters and mechanical properties of A6061 aluminum alloy powder under hot extrusion. The process parameters discussed in this study are the pressure of cold isostatic pressing (CIP), sintering temperature, sintering time, and extrusion temperature. By adapting Taguchi experimental method, the numbers of experiment can be greatly reduced. Further ANOVA is used to analyze the effect of each factor and experimental error. Judging from ANOVA, it shows that sintering time has little influence on extrusion load and tensile strength. Experimental results show that the optimal combination of process parameters is 500Kgf/cm² CIP pressure, 500℃ sintering temperature, 4 hours sintering time, and 480℃ extrusion temperature for minimum extrusion load. And 3000Kgf/cm² CIP pressure, 620℃sintering temperature, 4 hours sintering time, and 480℃ extrusion temperature for maximum tensile strength. Results obtained from verification experiments under optimal process parameters are in agreement with the results of predication.
