Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 87 === The concept of core competence was raised and mentioned by scholars in recent years, and human resource plays an important role in this aspect. According to the less of the core competence knowledge and the comparative study cross industries in Taiwan, this study selected the service and manufacturing industries as the targets to do the analysis and compare. In order to find out the key human resource in these two industries. The study found out that there are some core competence of human resource concerned by the service and manufacturing industries, such as: "profession technical ability", "situation adaptation ability", "innovation ability", "ethics view", "well working attitude", "self-management ability", "learning aspiration", "faithful to the company", "team work", "communication ability", "conflict handle ability", and "the ability of get along with people". And the major differences between them are: service companies concern more about "well working attitude" and "self-confident of workers" than the manufacturing companies, on the other side, the manufacturing companies care more about "self-management", "learning aspiration", "social network", and "language ability" than the service companies.
