The training mode adopts 5W2H as independent variable and three training performance--the satisfaction at training, the improvement of individual ability, the performance of actual practice-- as dependent variable. Choosing the Top 4 industries of Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park. -- integrates circuits, computer and peripherals, telecommunications, and electro-optical-as the object of study,124 questionnaires had been filled in and recalled after substantial investigation. By employing the methods of path analysis of LISREL 8.10 and correlation analysis, this research not only explores the relationship between 5W2H and the training performance but also looks into how the training performance relate to one another, the finding of which are for industrialists'' reference of training plans making. Some of the important findings are listed below: 1. The completeness of course materials does not directly influence the performance of actual practice. 2. Probation has positive effect on the improvement of individual ability. 3. The more pleased the trainee is with the training hours, the more he or she improves on the ability and application to the appreciation of human relationship and psychology. 4. The more satisfying the design and content of the training courses are, the more the trainess improves on the ability and application to general management.
