| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 法律學系研究所 === 87 === This thesis is concerned about the international commercial agency for commercial agents have been one of the most important vehicle in international trade. In lack of international legislature about the rirhts and obligations of the both parties of the commercial agency, there is only Law Merchant and domestic law which governs the relationship of the commercial agency. The UNCITRAL, EC, and ICC all devote themselves on the uniform of the international trade law so as to prevent the international trade activity being binding on any specific domestic law. The "Council Directive 86/653 of December 18,1986 on the Coordination of the laws of the Member States relating to self-employed Commercial agents" and "ICC Guide Commercial Agency" are the outcome of the effort of the said orgnizations, the thesis analyze and integrate those documents amd try to resolve some of the agruments between them.
