However, the situation of Females'' leaving their jobs due to pregnancy had been more and more common during these years. Furthermore, While working women had been a social trend, the domestic affairs became a negative factor in their career. We are facing the problems of the low birth rate and advanced-age society. But if we can overcome and adjust the domestic responsibility of women, they may be able to find the balance between their job and family. Then, the females'' working energy can be utilized in the business market as a new and efficient power. Therefore this thesis will put stress on the ways for woman to find a harmonious adjustment both on jobs and families. The thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the last is the conclusion, and the rest is the main content. The second chapter gives practical descriptions on theories of occupations and family life. First we''ll probe into the related theories of the balance for jobs and families, and give enumeration of the Japanese women''s'' working experiences. Moreover, we''ll look into the noonday conditions of working and family in Japan. The third chapter is based on the sexual division of labor, and further discusses about the relationship between married businesswomen and their family life. And, also analysis of the impact caused by women''s working is included in this chapter to inspect Japanese businesswomen''s contentedness toward their family life and to offer the proper adjustments. The fourth chapter shows relation between married working female and their jobs in the view of Japanese industries and female laborer. This chapter shows the interactions between female'' working ideals and the hiring system. Besides, the chapter expounds the resolutions on how to develop female power for industries and governments, and thus we can face the coming of the increasing work rate for females and the advanced-age society. The fifth chapter is founded on the evolution of the Japanese social environment, and we can see the balancing policy of "works and families". All the statements listed among the previous chapters when stressed the adjustment of "works and families" can promote the reciprocal interests for industries and works, and also rise females'' continuous working rate.
