EDAX was employed for monitorizing of the chemical composition of the sample. Weight measurement of the samples was carried out throughout the study in order to calibrate the oxygen concentration of the sample. It is found that the highest Tc was not for the fully oxygen-saturated sample. And annealing under Ar atomosphere was not the proper process for reducing the oxygen concentration of sample. F. Z.
