Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 國際貿易學系 === 87 === For the purpose of continuous management, the firm have to improve themselves with experiences to grow better and to get reasonable profit for better growth. Therefore, the gains of growth and profit become a desirable operating cycle on business enterprise.
Among the growing processes of the business enterprise, there are three basic strategical choices individually:
1. Generic expansion:developed and changed from the evolutionary perspective.
2. Acquisition:developed and changed from the transaction cost perspective.
3. Interorganization relationship: developed and changed from the interorganizational perspective.
The growth atrategies mentioned above are to deal with the organizational situations of hierarchy,market, and network individually. This study will analyze the growing strategical history of the individual companies of Yulon, Sanyang, and Ford Lio Ho, and find out the reasons of their strategies. According the three-strategic-choice model, they are the models of hierarchy, market, and network.
Through observing the grounded data happened during this three firms growing processes, we could understand the reasons of their strategical choices in the individual growing processes, in order to conclude the great significance of their choices on the growth strategies of the firm.
