At present, Many enterprises are eager to catch more business opportunities by transferring their services onto the network. However, it is time-consuming and expansive to construct a network service system and it must be accomplished by application programmer. In the paper, we will apply the concept of agent to develop an application framework. The enterprises can use this framework to construct their own network service system. We have implemented an agent generator by object-oriented approach. Instead of learning complex programming language, the user set the initial variables and functions through GUI. According to the user’s demand, this agent generator is able to create mobile agents that can provide convenient services on the network. The function of this mobile agent can be adjusted flexibly to meet the needs of the user.
