There exists another evaluation system, that not only can achieve the selection for the best, but also for the ranking order of all the alternatives. So that, the priority can be fully demonstrated by this methodology. Most of solution methods towards such evaluation problems tend to provide the different evaluated individual with relative weighting. So that, on the basis of the relative weighting, the ranking order, which indicates the superiority of each other is completely shown. In other words, weighting plays a significant role in evaluation system. The major concern of this study is focused on this fair and whole-angled ranking evaluation model.
