Due to the conflicts between the economic pattern and the statistical pattern, therefore researchers advise to develop the control chart with economic and statistical pattern. In the research about best parameter design of control charts involved complex mathematics formulas, and researchers work it out in approximate way. In this research, we use genetic algorithm in the control chart with economic and statistical pattern. For get the high quality solution Taguchi''s design experiment is employed to determine some important parameters of genetic algorithm. We also improve that the best combination of genetic parameter''s level can used in different kind of control chart. In this research, we build the control chart with economic and statistical pattern considers warning limit and use genetic algorithm to solve it.
