Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工研究所 === 88 === "Dispatched Work" is a kind of atypical employment relationship. It involves a triangular interactions among dispatched worker, dispatch agency and working enterprise. The purpose of this research is to investigate the functions of dispatched work from four perspectives, namely, employment opportunity, job security, work conditions and personal relationship. Questionnaires are collected from 63 dispatched workers of three dispatch agencies. The statistical tools adopted include frequency, means analysis, χ2 test, T test, one-way ANOVA and logistic regression.
Major findings of this research are the following: "dispatched work" offers positive function in employment opportunity. But it lacks of job security and sound work conditions. However, most of the dispatched workers surveyed confirm their loyalty to the working enterprise.
In Taiwan, only few treated dispatched work as permanent employment status, which is different from the cases of industrialized countries. Some suggestions are provided to expand the functions of dispatched work.
