Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 88 === In this thesis, we will explain how to design a Multivariate Normal Random Vector Generator (MN-RVG) which is designed by the dependent random vectors. We can not generate the dependent random vectors easily. In this case, the mathematically tools will help us to transform an independent random vector to a dependent random vector. After the Multivariate Normal Random Vector Generator is designed, we will explain how to evaluate the test yield and quality of our product. So that, we will save our cost by earlier find out how to set the tester parameters will be better.
