Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 土木工程學系 === 88 === This research is to study the behavior of high performance concrete beam subjected to shear forces. The objects of the research is to investigate the ultimate shear strength of the high performance concrete beam of different shear span ratio, different longitudinal reinforcements and shear reinforcements. The shear strength empirical formulae developed by previous researches and the current ACI 318-95 code is compared with the test results. A total of 12 beams of three different shear span ratio are tests in this project. The shear strength formula of ACI code under estimate the shear strength of a beam with no shear reinforcements; with only 37% ~ 52% of the test results. The formula proposed by Bazant is more appropriate. For beams with shear reinforcements, the result predicted by Zsutty is more accurate.
