In this study, the asymmetric substrate membranes of poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) were prepared by wet phase inversion method with different kinds of coagulation medium and nonsolvent-added. In addition, to improve the membrane permselectivity, a hydrophilic material (polyacrylic acid) was coated on the poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) membrane surface by dip-coating method. The PAA/TPX composite membrane with plasma pre-treated effectively prevented interface peeling. Optimum pervaporation performances were obtained with a PAA/TPX composite membrane prepared from the PAA/Eg/Al+3 mass ratio = 1/2/0.05 coating solution at 5W/30sec plasma treatment condition. The permeation rate decreased and the separation factor increased with increasing PAA layer thickness. Moreover, the effects of feed concentration and feed temperature on the pervaporation performances of the PAA/TPX composite membranes were studied. J.Y. Lai 賴君義 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW |
