Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程學系 === 88 === The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the application of a single chip TMS320C240 to a microprocessor-based fully digital high frequency induction heating system. In induction heating applications, the electrical characteristics of the workpiece will change following the processing. A suitable control method is often needed to let the circuit working in most fit condition to supply power to the load. The Pulse-Width-Modulated (PWM) is used for regulating the duty-cycle to control the output power. This fully digital high frequency induction heating system supplies up to 100kHz frequency for heating. The Borland C++ Builder has been used to program the PC user interface function for receiving and monitoring data from DSP through the RS232 communication channel. Finally, the efficiency of the induction heating system, and the harmonics produced by this apparatus are measured for analyzing.
