So, the characteristics of the dynamic due to harmonic response, and natural modes with resonant frequencies. The grinder is vibrated by forced vibration and self-vibration. The forced vibration case by motor, grinder wheel, and rotor. The self- vibration case by grinder stiffness, emery wheel, and cutting. A grinder is not good, which cutting to chatter. A bad grinder cutting better surface by low speed. Force vibration is imposed by people, but self vibration is imposed by structure design. Also, people use software who impose to grinder structure static and dynamic. Thus, this study is to develop the techniques of the element analyses., and study grinder static analyses、grinder modal analyses、grinder harmonic analyses to soft of substructure.
