碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 心理學系 === 88 === The study was investigated the career disturbance of high school freshmen and the changed effect of career group counseling. The subjects were 877 students in the investigation and the 9 students of experimental group compared to 10 students of control group in the group counseling. The major findings were that nearly one-third of students had higher career disturbance, especially on lack of career information and indecision or decision anxiety. And the group counseling had a significant changed effect in the posttest and follow-up for decreasing career disturbance and increasing self-efficacy. Suggestions for the school education, group leader, and counseling program as well as further research were provided.
