In this paper we describe how to creat a FISC-compatible application on Java Card specification, and define a shareable interface that FISC-compatible applets can share a file system with other applets on the same card. Finally we define a healthcare application Direct Method Invocation interface and protocol by using Remote Procedure Call concept.
