By comparing these two parts of results, a detailed understanding of the solidification mechanism of spray forming process can be achieved. In spray forming raplidly solidification experiment: In Pb-Sn alloy spray forming solidification experiments, the main study is the phenomenon of high concentration sedimentation cause by droplet spinning effect. By different alloy composition、droplet flying distance、gas pressure and superheat to observe the effect of droplet EDS analysis results ,use image anlysis of grain size and grain numbers of unit area be a proof; and try to find out the solid fraction of the flying droplets by two phase areas percentage. In deposit temperature simulation: Deposit temperature variation of reality experiment measured were used to modulate the correction factor(κ),let simulation results more realistic. Relation between correction factor and time were used to simulate deposit temperature at different times, discussion the influence of different cooling rate and deposition rate on deposit temperature simulation. 陳引幹 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 161 zh-TW
