| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 88 === The urban plan and the procedure on construction aspect brought out or produced from the reservation process of Chung Cheng Road old street of Hsin Hua town, Tainan county is the evolution process of old street reservation essay field. This study is to look at the Chung Cheng Road old street reservation essay formation procedure from the social observation angle(the reservation essay field structure of the two stages before and after reservation decision was made) is that after the reservation and road broaden issue were brought out, the internal social interaction procedure of the physical structure on the process of the reservation essay formation. The objective of this study is to present the interaction relationships formed from political and social actions between all kinds of actions as well as the different positions, powers and interests among the relationships and procedures that influenced the reservation decision formation. Further, to analyze the impact of the social and political changes of the old street to the reservation essay formation process.
The research contents are divided into five chapters, which are summarized as followings:
Chapter One：Introduction
Chapter Two：To bring out the development and reservation issues of the Chung Cheng old street.
Chapter Three：The Hsin Hua old street reservation essay field structure before the reservation decision was made.
Chapter Four：The institutionalization(Prospect Association established) procedure and reservation essay field structure after the reservation decision was made.
Chapter Five: Conclusion.
