Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 機械工程學系 === 88 === This project focuses on the power drive control of an electric scooter, so as to achieve optimal control efficiency and the required torque at different road speeds (high starting torque at low speed and with a good range of speeds). The approach used is based on changing the winding connection at motor’s stator, so that there are two sets of windings on the motor, namely a Variable-Winding Brushless Motor. When in series it is suitable for low speed operation the torque can be increased constantly for smooth acceleration from a starting position and when in parallel, the torque can be decreased constantly for high-speed operation. A closed-loop torque control scheme is proposed to integrate different characteristics by combining the changing winding connection structure and torque-speed control. The software controlled C.V.T is achieved in both regions of the different structures, so that the motor operates smoothly at the switching point. With the strategy of “2-State-C.V.T”, it is hoped to improve the efficiency and reduce the overall weight of electric scooters.
