And what will be the style of management in the future? This article is focusing on the group of Taiwanese businessmen in Vietnam and emphsize the investment issue and the topic of labour relationship. How do the Taiwanese bussinessmen adjust to the new environment and learn about the new market after they leave their dependable local social structures, the bussiness connections and social resources? Taking what kind of model management strategy in order to make the most profits. In addition, how would they adjust their perspectives of management, whether it will become closer to the western style of rational management or develop a new style under the local political and economic structure. How to cope with labour disputes, the possiblity of strikes, and how to treat train the local Vietnamese labourers to esure profitability. At the early stage, this research found out that once a big corporation invests money on a project, both countries'' government will work closely together. Therefore, the corporation will likely get more assistance, in the areas concerning the local state law, for example the issue of labour relation. More often than not, investments from such corporation get their voices heard on the so-called "unreasonable" law and order. The research also shows that the typical Taiwanese enterprising way extends to Vietnam. Everything depends on contacts, from setting up the foreign company to hiring the employees. This is no different from the way most companies set up in Taiwan. Early on the Vietnamese government has less concern over labour rights. Nowadays, they are more involved in their people''s rights as labourers. Legal laws have been implemented to protect the workers. However the Taiwanese bussinessmen must realize that the laws are not usually followed. This would have great impact on the labour relationship issue.
