O. C. and U. S. A., through the theoretical analysis and G. Z. F. Bereday’s comparative research approaches in order to get some references about the practices of the university adult education . The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The curriculum of the university adult education is designed the “learner-center” 2.The curriculum program is multiple and flexible. 3.The curriculum content is more practical than theoretical. 4.Technology impacts on traditional teaching. 5.The Distance education opens a new vision of the university adult education. 6.The teaching method of university adult education is going toward multiplicity. 7.The administrative organization of the university adult education has the function of social service. 8.The administrative organization of the university adult education need to be professional. 9.The promotion program of the university adult education is tending to be operated by the idea of business management. Based on the above conclusion, some suggestions of this study are as follow: 1.The curriculum should be designed according to “Andragogy”. 2.The curriculum program should be multiple and flexible. 3.The curriculum content should be more practical. 4.To promote new teaching method by internet. 5.To exploit the new market of distance education. 6.Iintensifing the application of the technology to be multiple teaching. 7.To intensify the social service function of the administrative organization. 8.To intensify the training program of professional people. 9.To be promoted by the combination of the marketing ideas.
