Aggregate production planning and management elements，like worker flexibility and machine flexibility，have an impact on capacity. Capacity planning elements，like overtime and undertime，also have a significant impact on some elements of aggregate production planning，like inventory holding costs，manufacturing leadingtime，etc，and vice versa. This paper aims at determining and formulating the effects of some of the selected elements of capacity planning and aggregate production planning functions which affect each other.
