The devices were patterned with the standardphotolithography, operated at temperatures up to 77 K. We found the equality of step-edge junctions was determined by the exposure time and the incident angle of Ar+ ion. The step-edge junction consisted with RSJ model. There are two main sources of magnetic flux noise spectrum. One is white noise independent of frequency,the other is 1/f noise proportional to reciprocal of frequency. We checked that the output voltage of gradiometer has linear relation with first order differential of magnetic field. However, the output voltage of gradiometer also depended on the angle between the magnetic gradient direction and baseline.
