The combined acetone extract was purified by chromatography on silica gel, thin liquid chromatography(TLC)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Twenty-nine compounds have been isolated from the acetone extract. Those include monoterpenoids、sesquiterpenoids、diterpenoids and stilbenes. Twenty-nine compounds include one monoterpenoids:massonolide(M1);one sesquiterpenoids:α-cedrol(S1);twenty-three diterpenoids:methyl 12β-hydroxy-7,13-abietadien-18-oate(D1)、methyl 12-oxo-7,13-abietadien-18-oate(D2)、Pinunolidone(D3)、methyl 9,10α-epoxy-9,10-seco-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D4)、methyl 14-hydroxy-7-oxo-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D5)、methyl 17-nor-15-oxo -8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D6)、methyl 12-methoxy-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D7)、methyl 12-hydroxy-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D8)、massolide A(D9)、massolide B(D10)、8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oic acid(D11)、methyl 8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D12)、18-nor-8,11,13-abietatrien-4α-ol(D13)、methyl 7-oxo-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D14)、5,6-dehydro-7-oxo-8,11,13-abietatrien-6,18-olide(D15)、methyl 15-hydroxy-8,11,13-abietatrien-18-oate(D16)、18-norpimara-8(14),15-dien-4α-ol(D17)、18-norisopimara-7,15-dien-4α-ol(D18)、pimarol(D19)、isopimarol(D20)、methyl 7-oxopimara-8(14),15-dien-18-oate(D21)、methyl 7-oxoisopimara-8,15-dien-18-oate(D22)、8(14),15-isopimaradien-18-oic acid(D23);two sterols:β-sitostenone(Ste1)、β-sitosetrol(Ste2);and stilbenes:(E)-3-hydroxy-5-methoxystilbene(Sti1)、(E)-3,5-dimethoxystilbene(Sti2).
