In this work, measurements have been performed on conjugated organic polymer, poly(2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vunylene) or MEH-PPV. A simultaneous current and capacitance versus applied voltage measurement was carry out to validate the space charge limited conduction. An anomalous electric field dependence was observed and discussed within the framework of energy disorder hopping model.
