Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 植物學研究所 === 88 === Isozyme variation of three endemic species (Impatiens devolii Huang, I. tayemonii Hayata and I. uniflora Hayata) of genus Impatiens L. in Taiwan was investigated using starch gel electrophoresis. The genetic identity (I) between species are low: genetic identity between I. tayemonii and I. uniflora was lowest (I = 0.171 ~ 0.184); between I. devolii and I. uniflora was highest (I = 0.414 ~ 0.468). The UPGMA dendrogram of genetic identity shows that Impatiens can be classified as three taxa.I. uniflora maintains more genetic diversity (HE = 0.158, P = 36.6) than the other two species (HE = 0.120, P = 32.2 in I. tayemonii) and I. devolii has no genetic variation (HE = 0, P = 0). The genetic differentiation of I. tayemonii and I. uniflora was not high (FST was 0.083 and 0.094; Nm was 2.76 and 2.41, respectively).
