Initially, ERP system was used in manufacturing sector only.. However, it is now wildly used in all sectors including servicing sector and government organizations. A lot of companies believe that it is a good system to reduce the cost and raise their competition in the market. They believe that the new system will help to define the company''s position in the internet and they are more fully prepared to enter the new era of E-Commerce with the new system. It is so in theory, but not a proof of the effectiveness from the companies who used ERP system in practice. This article is a research conducted to the companies who used or are using the ERP system. We have the following findings of which we believe the achievements of the systems have close links with the introduction of ERP system. 1. ERP system effectively economized the processing on the company account closing. 2. ERP system helps to raise the company profile considerably. 3. ERP system helps the self-development of the company employees. 4. According to our study, factors which can be attributed to the success of the system and they can be summarized as follow: l Commitment of the high level Management. l The contribution of the project manager and his or her team. l The positive attitude of acceptance and recognition to "CHANGES|" l The implementation of education training Key Words: ERP implement successfully, effectiveness
