碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 數學研究所 === 88 === 　In this thesis, we show that, under certain hypothesis, an infinite domain flow field problem is equivalent to a finite domain problem which makes computation feasible. The idea is to find the Green''s function for the original problem then compute the boundary values of the restricted bounded domain. A numerical method for two-dimensional, inviscid and incompressible flow field is presented.As an application, numerical results on formation and dynamics of vortex and the evolution of vortex street are exhibit and studied.
