碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 政治學研究所 === 88 === There are five chapters in my thesis. The first chapter is mainly about the research method and research focus of the thesis. The second chapter is discussing the budgetary institutions practiced in UK now. The third chapter of this thesis is about the background of the budgetary reform in UK since 1980s. I also discussed the theory of the budgetary reform in this chapter. The forth chapter of the thesis is focusing on the movement of budgetary reform in UK since 1980s. I pick up four most prominent movements of budgetary reform, which are Financial Management Initiative (FMI), National Audit Office (NAO), Unified Budget, and the Resource Budgeting respectively. The fifth chapter, which is the last one, is the conclusion of the thesis.
