Furthermore, the speedy advancement of information technology also has different effect to organizations. Because of the changes what we mentioned before, organizations'''' patterns transfer into knowledgeable by degrees. In the rapid variation, organizations must react rapidly so that can survive in the circumstances. Therefore, in the 21st century, speedy variable times, "knowledge" becomes the most effective niche. Therefore, this research discusses the use of information tool when organizations lead in knowledge management for the most part. In this research, we separate knowledge management into four stages:knowledge collection, knowledge creation, knowledge accumulation and knowledge extension and transmission. And every stage has its own information tools and their use method. From this research we found:1.In the knowledge collection stage, the major purpose is providing organizations enough interface to collect knowledge. So that information tools should have functions of searching, handling, transfer and saving. 2.In the knowledge creation stage, information technology should provides a good platform for communication and innovation. So that information tools should have functions of handling, transfer, saving, communicating and analyzing. 3.In the knowledge accumulation stage, information technology should provides a good platform for the members of organizations to accumulate knowledge. So that information tools should have functions of searching, handling, transfer and saving.4.In the knowledge extension and transmission stage, information technology should provides a multi-way and convenient platform. So that information tools should have functions of searching, handling, transfer, saving and communicating.
