Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 88 === The main purpose of this thesis is to present a new multi-objective formulation together with solution methodology for the optimal feeder reconfiguration of distribution systems. Multiple objectives are proposed to reflect realistic operating environments while achieving all benefits obtained from feeder reconfiguration. The multiple objectives considered are minimization of system average interruption frequency index (SAIFI), system average interruption duration index (SAIDI), reduction of power losses, and less number of switching operations. Also, practical load and operating constraints are considered for increased realism. Furthermore, a normalized weighting method approach for the above multi-objective problem will be proposed. It can provide a set of flexible best-weighting solution for feeder reconfiguration by following the intention of the decision-maker. In addition, quantitative measures can also be supplied to aid the decision-making process. Finally, comparison studies with various strategies are conducted on two sample distribution systems to illustrate the prominent effectiveness of the proposed method.
