Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 88 === The major purpose of this thesis is to develop an interactive trains' movements simulation system (TMSS) for a high-speed railway (HSR). TMSS with a friendly man-machine interface and capability for future expansion was developed under Microsoft Windows environment using a up-to-date network analyzing and simulation techniques, and based on a new generation database and object-oriented programming concept. With the fully graphical environment, the simulation results of trains' movement, feeding voltages, voltage imbalances at points of common coupling (PCC) and time-varying loads of traction substations can easily be obtained. This system is of value to HSR engineers, consultants and researchers for better planning, design and operation of a high-speed railway.
