The whole content divides into two parts:1. To predict the next measurement point on measuring path. 2.Touch probe radius compensation analysis in surface measurement. Apply the measured finite data points, and combine GM(1,1) model of Grey System to predict the next surface measurement point; moreover, match to use rolling method, model of date and smoothed constant (K) to process the measurement points generated and modified step by step so those shorten the time of establishing measurement path. Based upon the simulation analysis, we can evaluate the performance of this method by comparing with predict point and the theoretical point. Finally, we find out the error of prediction is very small and this method is simple and fast. The problem of touch probe radius compensation applies Cross Produce of close four points near the compensated point to calculate four normal vectors; furthermore, produced by weighing factor to find out the final direction of compensation. As a result, comparing with theoretical surface, error analysis show that using this method can get more precision prediction value.
