| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 88 === In our country, rapid transit system has been operated for over 4 years. The most important lesson for operator to concern is how to provide a fast and safe system. Therefore, the safety management for rapid transit and accident-dealing procedure 、communicate procedure、department-contacting, are going to be more important. So this paper analysis the key points at the angles of legal institutions、 programming and operation, and try to discuss the loss in our safety consideration of the system at present. This research tried to give more suggestion for safety planning and management for rapid transit system, even for trolley safety plan in the future.
Besides, we research the true definition of " Safety ". This research discussed possible ignorance in actual practicing when establishing an absolute safe system, contrarily make the safety plan useless. Therefore, consideration of risk analysis should be a focus on practicing project. In this paper, we investigate the rapid transit system''s accident statistics, and try to find the reason of accident occurrences. Bringing in the concept of risk-management and estimate the level of accident influences. Combining them with risk-dealing methods of management, and provide solutions in system safety strategy planning.
