Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 生活應用科學研究所 === 88 === The purpose of this research is to study the consumer satisfaction of food quality of western hamburger fast food chain stores and different consumer groups toward the satisfaction of food quality. The results of this research can provide the fast food restaurant operators as a reference. Questionnaire was used in this research, 450 samples were selected from the target objects. The consumers of McDonald,s, Mos, and Lotteria of the Taipei area were chosen as the target objects. These collected materials are evaluated with statistical strategies including : Mean, Frequence distribution, Percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, LSD, Regression, and Paired t-test .The results of this research are summarized as follows:
1.There are significant differences in satisfacion of food quality on the attributes of people among three fast food chain stores.
2.According to the regression, significant effect of the 「palatability of side order」on the overall satisfaction for McDonald,s, Mos, and Lotteria.
3.The results of Paired t-test show that satisfaction of food quality among 26 variances for the three fast food chain stores is in the following order:Mos > McDonald,s > Lotteria
