And to find out the relationship between incentive rewards and job satisfaction of Taiwan, Philip-pine and Thailand labors. We choose population statistics, A/B type personality, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as control variables. We find intrinsic and extrinsic non-financial rewards have positive relation with job involvement. The extrinsic financial rewards and job involvement had no signifi-cant relation. There isn’t influence about sex and age for job involvement. But mar-riage , degree of education, A/B type personality, job satisfaction and, organizational commitment have significant influences for job involvement. The nationality has dif-ference in degree of job involvement. Thailand labors have higher job involvement than Taiwan labors. The difference between Taiwan and Philippine labors, Thailand and Philippine labors are not significant. The reasons may be sampling characteristics, the characteristic of management for foreign labors, and personality of Thailand labors. Finally, in different country, we find intrinsic rewards and extrinsic non-financial rewards had significant influences. The degree of Thailand labors is larger than Taiwan and Philippine labors in relation between intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to job in-volvement. But Taiwan and Philippine labors have no significant influence. Hsiao — Yen Mao 毛筱艷 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 129 zh-TW
