| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 88 === 21st century is an electric age. R.O.C government has many tariff rates. Electric industry has much exceeding benefits. They have an important position in the world.
However the traditional industry are neglected in Taiwan. International environ-ment protection consciousness has increased. The purpose will reduce carbon dioxide exhaust. They will prevent from Greenhouse Effect expanding. The petrochemical in-dustry in Taiwan lost many advantages. They have to integrate their supply chain man-agement on themselves.
According to literature review, I will get three main factors, including: “suppliers partnership”, “quick response” and “information technology”. I use questionnaire sur-vey, sampling from plastic industry in Taiwan. I use factor analysis and T test then I could get some results.
When the films are going to use supply chain management, they have to consider such these environment factors: “competitive responsiveness”, “environmental dyna-mism”, “environmental hostility” and “the firm position”. They can base to their true situation and they adopt right factors. Then they could connect suppliers with customs in complete supply chain management system.
