Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 88 === Due to the fast development of information industry and the fast-growing world wide web, global industries have reached the level of automation. The ones in Taiwan have also gone through a transition stage, namely from the traditional industries to the service industries. Facing the trend of the fast-growing development of global enterprises and their competitiveness along with the urgent requests for their collaborating manufacturers to either set up or incorporate the ideas of planning business resources and adopting a global supply chain management model, local enterprises here in Taiwan have realized the fact that a wave of enthusiasm has arisen, the pioneers of which are mostly local manufacturers instead of the ones in the service industry. The study of the western fast food supply chain is therefore nonexistent. We believe the future trend will be for enterprises to collaborate with their logistics systems to promote a global supply chain management model. To conclude, the trend of operating a systematic administration of logistics to promote a global supply chain management model is about to blossom. This study aims at familiarizing the global supply chain management function model of Taiwan western fast-food supply chain. First, the background information of this target industry is collected and then analyzed. Through the understanding of its services and operational flow chart, we can further collect and sort out necessary data to analyze and study the main flow charts of the third party logistics and the global supply chain management function model. Then, the IDEF0 method is used to analyze, plan and integrate the global supply chain management function model to make sure the coherency and conformity of these operational flow charts. Last, a case study in a global supply chain management model of a third party logistics is studied and carefully analyzed to help understand its possible dynamic developments and the influences of various important decisions on the enterprise. The purpose of this study is to help enterprises reduce their operational risks and use this study as a reference when they plan to adopt a global supply chain management model.
