Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 化學工程學系 === 88 === Formation of compatible blending 3 kind of polyphenylene oxide(PPO)-Nylon6(PA6) composite material(PPO/PA6、Plasma grafting、PPO/MAH/PA6) and into porous membranes will be investigated in order to improve the synthesis process of commercial Nylon-6 membranes, which suffers from the drawbacks of having to use an ‘incipient dope’ and a high formic acid content precipitation bath. Membranes will be prepared using the immersion-precipitation method, with formic acid as the solvent and water as the nonsolvent. The research take use of FTIR、SEM to investigate the interface compatibility,Using SEM、 Tensile Strength、 Wettability、Water Flux to measure the membrane structure,and Particle size analysis requires the Particle Sizer to investigate .
