Secondly to examine the effects of demographic variables of teachers, parents and students. Finally to provide recommendations for the authority. Questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. The samples including 1070 subjects were randomly selected from 10 junior schools in Taipei with a return rate of 96.26﹪.The statistical methods used for this study were frequency, Z score, One-way ANOVA(a= .05),Chi-square, and Scheff''''e multiple comparisons yielded the following results: 1.Teachers were the people who understand enrollment program most,students were the second, parents were the last. 2.The demographic variables effected the cognizance level of samples. 3. Teachers were the most support people for the multiple enrollment program. students were at second, parents were at last. 4.The demographic variables effected the support level of samples. 5.Introducing enrollment can achieve most educational goals. Junior High School Graduates'''' Voluntary Enrollment Program was the second. 6. The demographic variables effected achieving educational goals of samples. 7.The willingness of samples were effected by role variables. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for educational administration agencies, junior schools, teachers, parents students and future study were proposed.
