The whole system is constructed by the personal computer. Since it shows that DTC not only features the fast output response, but also possess the advantages of simplifying computation, constructing this system and recording the output response easily. However, DTC does not improve the speed response effectively. Hence, this thesis proposes a Grey-Fuzzy Controller (GFC) for motor speed control, and the controller contains two main parts. The first part is the modified grey prediction controller that improves the drawbacks of the general grey model. It is used to forecast the future state or output value. The second part is a general fuzzy logic controller, adopting the reference signal and the predictive values, which are generated from the modified grey prediction controller, to create a proper output. Finally, with GFC for induction motor, DTC is implemented by the PC-based structure, which uses the ISA Extension Card as the interface.
