Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全工程技術研究所 === 88 === In order to prevent risk, our government asks those risky working sites to perform process safety analysis tasks, and the fault tree analysis (FTA) technology is recommended as one of the methods. National Yunlin University of Science and Technology has been contracted to design a computer code for FTA, to prepare training package of FTA, and to perform FTA training sessions. As such, FTA may deliberate its strength in the industry, at an economic scale, to reduce the risk wherein. And, after the training sessions, two tasks were found to be important and had to be finished as soon as possible, they were to fix the drawbacks of FTA software, and to design an automatic fault tree drawing software. The main purpose of the study was to improve the efficiency of the FTA software, the methods and steps were to study the Object-Oriented language Visual C++, to analyze the skeletons and functions of FTA software according to its source code, to use the Visual C++ to design automatic fault tree drawing software, to fix the drawbacks of the software in Visual C++, to test and adjust the software, and to package the new software using Delphi Install Shield software . The results of this study were to fix the seven drawbacks of the FTA software, and the design of an Automatic Fault-Tree Drawing software which could read text files of the fault tree figure, such as fault tree logics, basic data and fault description, then output fault tree plot in which event blocks are distributed evenly. The suggestions for the future study were to improve the remaining two drawbacks of the FTA software, and to promote the FTA technique further into the government and the industry, and to design the uncertainty analysis function, the plant-specific failure-rate model, and the Baysian statistics code into the software such that the FTA software would be more practical and useful.
