This research provide a reliability analysis for the purpose of to understand how the 20 mm twin machine gun was used in an open field or troops after dilivery. This thesis construct a comprehensive and concise model for quantitative processing and analysis, which provide an easy-to-follow procedure for the logistic staff. This research also enable the logistic staff to understand the entire process of generating, organizing, and analyzing of data. Consequently, the data processing procedure will lead to conclusions for finding out the possible causes, for example, inappropriate design or poor manufacturing technique, which are the dominate factors to cause product malfunction. Another consideration is the data processing procedure, it is important for the detection of the weakness of products. Based on these point of view, product quality can be enhanced, usage time will be extended and efficiency can be improved.
