To prevent the cracking in concrete members from progressively damaging the structural capacity of concrete members, the damages need to be repaired to assure the safe use of concrete members. Concrete members repair again crack in bonding interface, to cause damage of repairing system. Therefore, repairing interface of concrete members is more weak in repairing system. To evaluate the bonding efficiency of mortar repairing material with concrete substrate, flexural strength, slant shear and tensile tests were performed on repaired specimens. Interface bonding agent including epoxy resin (oily, hydrophilic) and latex (A5, A15) were tested. Specimens of test were cured in various condition. Ages of test were 30, 60 and 90 days. Three specimens were tested for each age. Test results indicated that use of bonding agents improved the bonding strength between mortar repairing material and substrate concrete. Bonding agent B was more effective than other materials in bonding interface. Analysis of flexural strength, slant shear and tensile tests acquired consistent results.
