The RF module consists of LMX3162 frequency synthesizer IC and our developed subcircuits, which includes a 1.2GHz voltage control oscillator, a 2.4 GHz driver amplifier, a 2.4 GHz class-AB power amplifier, a 2.4 GHz T/R switch, a 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier, a baseband active lowpass filter and a digital output circuit.
